Award-winning sourdough bread


We make our award-winning organic white and organic granary sourdough loaves right here in the bakery, using just three ingredients - flour, salt and water. On weekends we have specials which may include cheese and chive, gordal olive, blue cheese and walnut, chilli and cheddar, baguettes and rolls, however the mood takes us. 


As a small family bakery we have limited capacity and follow a two-day process of proving, lamination and baking which means we are unable to produce extra loaves or pastries at short notice. We use our best guess, but sometimes sell out early. The more organised amongst you are able to order in advance from our online shop though!



Fresh from the oven

Fresh from the oven each morning, you will find our adjoining deli filled with our core range of butter croissants, almond croissants, pain au chocolat and pain aux raisins as well as a selection of cakes and patisserie, differing each day (also all made and baked here). These can be eaten in or taken away to enjoy later. Keep an eye on Instagram to see what’s on the counter. Regulars include Eccles cakes, tiffin, battenburg, rocky road, cheese and marmite twists.


The deli also sells a variety of cheese, our own peanut butter and muesli, candles from Keynvor, chocolate from Chocolarder and an ever-growing selection of foodie treats. This is where you will find handy-sized packs of our house coffee from Extract Coffee Roasters and our guest-roasters to take home.
