Thanks for pre-ordering your bread with us. We try our best to get our numbers right, but sometimes we sell out super-early! Our web shop also includes pre-ordering for pastries including pain au chocolate, pain aux raisins, butter croissants and almond croissants, together with our peanut butter and muesli.

Smaller orders can be placed up to 22:00 the evening before collection and are packed ready for collection on your chosen day between 08:30 and 12:00 noon. If you are going to be late collecting or your plans change, please email feedme@townmillbakery.co.uk as soon as possible. We reserve the right to decline further orders if you fail to collect.

Larger orders

Ideally we will have several days notice to ensure we can meet your request. Larger orders include 3 or more loaves and/or eight or more pastries. We will always try to accommodate your order, but we have limited capacity and follow a 3-day process of proving, lamination and baking, so are unable to produce extra at short notice. Larger orders may require payment in advance.

Finally, please ensure you receive a confirmation email when placing your order. If you have not received a confirmation email, it is unlikely the order has been received and we won't know about it.
