Roasted in Bristol by our friends at Extract Coffee Roasters on a restored 1955 Probat called Betty, we love our rich, dark house coffee, Cast Iron.

Cast Iron is Extract's darkest roast espresso, packing a real punch of big bold sweet flavours that pairs perfectly with milk. This particular single-origin coffee comes from the cherry processing mill in Ayarza, Santa Rosa, Guatemala. The region of Ayarza is a special one, landmarked by the drastic landscape and cold blue water from the Laguna de Ayarza and Laguna Azul.

Our house filter is currently Los Huipiles (also roasted by Extract) from one of Guatemala's most famous coffee growing regions, with bright clean flavours and plenty of sweetness.
