Our organic white sourdough loaves are lovingly made right here in the bakery using Shipton Mill's Traditional Organic White Flour plus a bit of salt and water - nothing else. We are thrilled to have been awarded Taste of the West Gold Awards for both our white and granary sourdough loaves for 2023.
