Made using a three-day process with Shipton Mill Organic Dark Rye and Shipton Mill Organic No 4 Flour and a local pale ale or stout, depending on how the mood takes us. Not available to pre-order online but often available as a special from the shop and sliced as a side to our prawn salad in the cafe - do pop in to the Bakery to see if we have one available.
